How to Get Bark In-Home Parental Controls
Ready to Get Started? Here's How!
Step 1
Enable Bark In-Home Parental Controls through the Vilo App
While connected to your Vilo home Wi-Fi, open the Vilo App on your phone, open Parental Controls on your network home page, and toggle the switch to enable Bark In-Home Parental Controls.
Step 2
Connect your Bark Account to Vilo
Vilo will open Bark's login page where you can either sign in if you already are a Bark User or Register for an Account if you're new to Bark. Once you're signed in, Bark will automatically connect and activate on your Vilo network.
Step 3
Manage Bark In-Home Parental Controls through the Bark Dashboard
Now that Bark In-Home is enabled and activated on your Vilo, you can control what your kids can access online and when using smart TVs, gaming consoles, phones, and tablets by setting daily schedules and choosing allowed or blocked websites on each device through Bark's Dashboard!
Step 4
Safer internet = Safer home
Now that your rules have been set up and dangerous sites blocked, it's time for your whole family to enjoy a safer home internet experience!

Yes! With Vilo, parents can now get all the benefits of the Bark Home device (a $79 value) built in for free to our powerful and easy to use mesh Wi-Fi system. Enjoy fast, whole-home Wi-Fi coverage AND a safer internet experience for your kids with Vilo!
If your familiy needs more advanced and outside of the home parental control options, Bark also offers Bark Jr and Bark Premium plans as well as the Bark Phone. Visit Bark for more details.

Is this available for all Vilo models?
Yes! Bark In-Home is available on both the original Vilo Mesh Wi-Fi Systems (AC1200) and the Vilo 6 Wi-Fi Mesh System (AX1800).
What if I already have a Bark Home device?
Of course, we recommend still getting Vilo or switching to enabling Bark In-Home on your Vilo if you are a current Vilo user! With Vilo and Bark In-Home Parental Controls, your family will enjoy a safer internet experience AND get fast, whole-home Wi-Fi coverage.
Why is Bark In-Home only available in the US, South Africa, and Australia?
We’re limited based on regions that Bark is available in. Right now, Bark is only available in the US, South Africa, and Australia.
