VC Wireless Makes Vilo
Their “In-Stock” Router

Valley Center Wireless was started over 20 years ago and was the first high speed internet provider in its area that was not dial up. They now have over 2300 customers and are growing daily. We spoke with David Savoian about how Vilo has become their go to router.

VC Wireless first heard about Vilo for ISPs from an online forum and thought it was an interesting option to test. They initially were interested because of the low price point, but once they tested Vilo and the ISP Web Portal they were sold. Not only was Vilo the ideal price point but it provided them with the equipment and solutions they needed. They now keep Vilos as their “in stock” routers for customers to purchase and provide a complimentary Vilo router to new customers that sign up with their 2-year agreement.

One of their favorite aspects of Vilo for ISPs is the ISP Web Management portal, having this has allowed them to see further insights into their customers network connectivity and deeper network insights. This allows them to troubleshoot remotely and ensure customers are receiving top quality service.

Implementing Vilo has been a breeze for VC Wireless. They conducted a quick training with their technicians on how to setup and scan the Vilos into the inventory and then had them deploying them shortly after. In home set up time has been quick and easy, saving technicians time. The added insights that the ISP Web Portal provides has allowed VC Wireless to better service their subscribers.
