I have personally been using two Vilo 6 units in my home for the past 3 moths. They replaced my Nighthawk router that had 4 external antennaes. I had been contemplating adding an extender because I had one back bedroom that never really got more than 1 bar and service was spotty at best sometimes. I have been pleasantly pleased with the reception and speeds i've gotten from the two Vilo wifi 6 units. The coverage is amazing for these little guys with no external antennas and I have great service in my entire home including my back bedroom now! My connection is only 300mb and I can now pull over 200mb in that back bedroom. It was a little bumpy at first and I had to reboot both units a few times, but it's been solid the last few month after a firmware upgrade that resolved the need to reboot a few times. The portal is also a very nice touch and easy to navigate. I was able to get great placement for my secondary unit by looking at my signal on the portal. That is probably what helped me get optimal coverage in my home the most. I ended up 3d printing a small bracket to hold my unit on the wall.

I am Project Manager for an internet service provider. We mainly do wireless and fiber deployments to rural areas. Recently we switched from cambium managed routers to the Vilo 5 mesh system. That was one of our best moves in 2022. The cost is less and I get less calls from customers and at the end of the day, that's a major win. Most of our service calls end up being general home Wi-Fi issues, not actual slow internet problems. By implementing Vilo mesh we have also cut down on trivial van rolls. It's really been a game changer for us, being able to offer a high-end mesh system to our customers at such an affordable price. We do charge a small re occurring fee for each unit and they pay for themselves within a year. It's truly a win for us and our customers. Very easy to program, track inventory, and monitor with their portal. Did I mention I love their portal. Great product I'd recommend to anyone.

Vilo has had the best performance routers for the best price. There's really no other product on the market with the flexibility like the Vilo 6 models.

Being a Vilo beta tester was a great experience, especially in providing bug reports and seeing the evolution of the early Vilo 6 firmware to the current stable version has been very fun!
There's a huge performance and coverage improvement over the Vilo 5, with just 2 nodes I can cover my entire house with no issues, instead of the 3 nodes with Vilo 5. In my case, I use the Vilo in bridge mode and it works pretty well. Keep up the good work!
Oh I also forgot mention the excellent customer service from Eva Wu. She was amazing during all the beta experience.

We have a lot of networked devices at our house. It is a hodgepodge of wired and wireless, always on servers and mobile devices. Depending on what we are doing we have anywhere from 20 to 30 devices connected to our network at any one time. The Vilo 6 has made it easy, with the sub-vilo's we have great coverage in every room of the house and even in the backyard. It is robust enough to handle the traffic from our 3 web servers, while streaming HD to multiple TVs, and transferring large work files over the VPN.
The Vilo 6 is easy to configure and can handle the complexity of networks like ours. I really appreciate that I am able to quickly see who and what is connected to our network and block unwanted devices if needed. Setting up guest wifi networks is a breeze. Being able to view the usage reports by device is neat and if I had to worry about our data usage it would be really handy.
The Vilo 6 offers all the features most people would ever need, but without the cost and complexity of the other products on the market. I am a huge fan and I can't wait to see what you come out with next.

These little guys rock. I have had many other routers in the past including some with managed services and the Vilo 6’s take the cake.

I have put these through their paces with streaming, gaming, multiple devices running simultaneously and have not had a single drop, lag, skip, NOTHING! The ease of set up is great, as close as you can get to virtual “plug and play”.

They look great too…they do not look like some kind of spaceship on your table..lol.

I’m not gonna go into great detail but from what I can tell, Vilo has a quality product at a great value!

Vilo 6 is just what I need to go full gigabit to my customers! In my testing, I get double the range from before and now get gigabit speed in the same room across wifi and 600+ megabits across the home. This is going to be a game changer for all of my customers.
